Determination to Perfection – throughout my safari in the beautiful Ruaha National Park, the communication with UBON SAFARI was outstanding. Words cannot describe the wonderful experience we have had on our trip to Tanzania organised by Umang and Beena at Ubon safari. We wanted our honeymoon to be extra special but to know where to start when planning a combined safari and beach trip was overwhelming, until we found Ubon safari. From the start of planning Beena quickly found great options to suit our ideas and budget and the whole experience from then on was absolutely outstanding. From the moment arriving in Tanzania we were SPOILT! All of our accommodation was 5* plus, we were always greeted and treated like VIPs and always had a little extra treat waiting for us on arrival. We can honestly hands down say we have never experienced service like we received during this trip. Our Safari was absolutely fantastic, our driver guide Ali was super knowledgeable and interesting and made sure we got to see everything we wanted and more. And then after, our beach trip to Zanzibar was just pure bliss, a private villa on the most beautiful beach; once again treated like VIPs. I actually shed a tear when leaving! Umang and Beena made sure everything was organised to perfection and was always checking in to make sure everything was going great and if we needed anything. This personal approach made us feel relaxed the whole time as we knew they had everything covered. All this during a Pandemic!!! Not that you would know about that when your there, we never felt so safe and it was the perfect place to social distance. Our 1st time to Africa and definitely won’t be our last, it now holds a very special place in our hearts and we have left feeling like we have made new friends in Beena and Umang. One thing is for sure we could not recommend Ubon safari enough, they have exceeded our expectations and more. Thank you so much ️
UBON SAFARI - one word Amazing! They put together an amazing trip for us to celebrate my dads big birthday in Tanzania where he was born. It was a very special trip for us all. The guides were fantastic they went above and beyond to ensure our trip was special - treated us like royalty. Ally was amazing - he ensured we saw the big 5 and more! Ahmed and Mtoo in Zanzibar also just amazing had a great tour of stone town and the spice tour. The staff at all the hotel were like family they knew who we were without even introduction - they ensured we had the best stay and food!! Umang was available throughout the whole trip - you would never get this with a normal travel agent. Beena and Umang are just the perfect team and their passion for Africa can be seen in the amazing itinerary’s they put together for their clients. All the surprises you had for my parents were just so lovely - they absolutely loved being spoilt! I reccomend UBON safari for all trips to Africa - they have all the knowledge and passion for Africa I look forward to booking all future tours with them (I would not book with anyone else!) A friend of us recommended UBON to plan our honeymoon - what a great advice! Beena has been the best travel agent we’ve worked with. Professional, hard worker and extremely knowledgeable. In the planning she made sure that we were choosing the right destinations, hotels and activities that would fit our expectations. She was very accommodating to our budget and dates. Once off to the adventure, not only she was available 24/7 (and very responsive), but she would check on us after flights/transfers/checking-ins to make sure everything was OK.
