Had a sofa delivered in summer time by two cool guys. Completely forgot to leave the review but they went above and beyond to help me (physically impaired at the time). They didnt leave me their names on the card but wish I could shout the two out

This morning our IKEA items have been delivered by two angels, Ashley and Istvan. The buzzer downstairs was turned off by my son previous night but they didn’t leave (like so many others would do) and came upstairs on 8 floor, gently knocked on the door and patiently waited. When I opened the door, half asleep, I was greeted by two young men with smiles on their faces and understanding. They spoke in law and soft voices (in view of the early hours) that everything is fine and all been delivered. No complaints, no criticism nor unhappy faces! Once more thank you and God bless Ashley and Istvan.
Customer services is not a word in their vocabulary. Nor for that matter is modern day logistics. Embarrassing how much they have been left behind by the competition. AVOID if you can!
