My roommates and I just moved in on August 15th. On move-in day we found our apartment had not been cleaned. We reported that to the main office and almost immediately they had people over here cleaning and fixing whatever was needed. They also delivered a hand-written apology letter from the Manager and gift cards to Peel here in town. They have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome here and make up for move-in day. I could not recommend this place enough to anyone! We absolutely love Stacy and the rest of the Greenhill staff!

I had an overwhelmingly positive 2 years at Greenhill. I lived in a 4-bedroom apartment and absolutely adored the roommates they found for me. The complex is always clean, the pool is great and the management is so friendly. The maintenance guys were incredible as well. The rooms themselves are perfect in that you really get a sense of privacy from your roommates (plus I miss that gorgeous bathroom!) The best was the how safe I felt at the complex. The location was close to pretty much everything you could need. I would HIGHLY recommend .
I lived at greenhill apartments since they first opened, so around three year and I have had the BEST experience. I’ve moved around the complex to different apartment buildings and I’ve loved each one just as much as the other! They paired me up with awesome roommates that I to this day still keep in contact with and having your own bathroom in your room was so convenient! The apartments are fully furnished and the clubhouse has so many amenities I constantly used! The staff is so friendly, always very accommodating, extremely easy to work with, and always fixed any issues, as soon as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend living here!! It made my undergrad experience so much better!
I’ve lived here since it opened back in 2015, when it was called The Edge. I’ve lived in both a 2 bedroom and a 4 bedroom, with both my friends and strangers they’ve paired me with. I’ve basically been through it all here, and I have nothing but good things to say. The staff is amazing, the maintenance guys are so helpful and the amenities never get old. The clubhouses has the computer lab with FREE printing and computers and study room where YOU CAN WRITE ON THE WALLS! The apartments are fully furnished which makes it super easy to move right in. Greenhill has seriously been my home away from home and if you’re still on the fence, go talk to Zac or Stacey, you won’t regret it!
I can’t believe every college kid isn’t living here. What more could a student want? A perfect place to study, somewhere to lounge, and the best amenities on and off campus. Where would the boys go when all the girls are at the pool? Greenhill of course :)
