Currently, not too pleasant. 120/day for one star accommodations, very little personal care or personal contact, basic relatively simple food selection, poor communication among staff re: care. Mismanagement of medications, with very little care towards how their actions affect the resident, and a good dose of attitude and judgement directed towards the resident they look down upon. They also completely failed to mention BEFOREHAND that a patient was going to have 10 days isolation upon arrival, even if coming from an isolated facility where you had tested negative before leaving. The other place at least provided a TV, clock, lightbulbs for the lights, a window that didn't look out on a wall, a phone that worked. I am very underimpressed.
