My appointment was at 10.10, and everything was ready when I arrived at 10 o’clock - which was a great start. I went through the standard tests and then had a few minutes wait before seeing the Optometrist. Great experience with everything being explained really clearly. I then met Vivian who was terrific, very knowledgeable and super fun. New specs ordered and looking forward to going back to see about contacts. First rate - highly recommended.

Booked the family in for eye tests and new glasses. Booking experience was a bit naff and unpredictable but the staff on the day made up for that. Very professional team at this branch and made us feel welcome and well looked after even though it was in the middle of the Christmas 2020 lockdown. Frames and lenses were very expensive and you also have to pay for delivery of your glasses so that and the naff booking procedure is why it loses a star.

I have have a brilliant experience with regards to eye test but when I have with the quotes how much will be cost of the lens its too expensive. I have raise the issues about the lens they recommended to me to get that I did not use at all coz it gives me headache. The manager gave me the quotation of the cost of the new lens but wanted me to order and pay it right away. So I said to him if I could think about it first and he said that no more discount when I come back. I was really disappointed that how they treat their customer like that. I would never ever recommend or come back to that optician anymore. Ripped off the price.

They ordered the wrong frame for me. I asked for blue and they got me grey. Disappointed when went to collect. Have to wait for another 2 weeks and go back again to pick them up. Also they got my wife's glasses with the wrong prescription. Similarly had to wait another 2 weeks to get that corrected. First experiences with vision express and both of them were bad.
