Greenleaf is absolutely horrible. First of all I just found out that some of the kids are removing the wire from covid masks to self harm. Secondly, there is basically no communication between the staff and the parents. I called numerous times and nobody in the adolescent unit would even answer. No one returned calls. I was never given a patient ID for my child, or a diagnosis. When I picked my child up they had the wrong discharge papers from 6 days ago. My child had to stay longer than that so I had to get them to find the current discharge papers. And when she brought me the new ones it had a different diagnosis and different doctor. They tried to release my child while still homicidal and when I refused they threatened me. But I had a case worker that agreed with me so they couldn't do anything. But after that there was a particular staff member that was rude with me. I really don't think they helped any. And they are constantly having \situations \ with the children such as fights, someone left a screw laying on a counter and one of the children took it so they had to search everyone until they found it. Overall it's my opinion that atleast 80% of the staff are incompetent or just flat out don't care. They don't deserve even one star. Oh and I had to get them to correct the insurance information 5 times and it was still wrong on discharge papers.

Justice for RSC

I needed grief counseling. Brandi Vickers, Heather, India, and Shaenika were great. There are no COVID19 precautions. The doctor orders gator aid for you, but the employees drink it all. I saw people getting threatened, while staff was playing on their phone in the cafeteria. Most employees are all talking and playing on their cellphones, not aware of what is going on.

Went in for depression. Nursing staff was nice, treatment was good, Doctor seemed like she cared. No complaints, feel better. Thanks!
