Really disappointed today. Waited outside to get in due to Covid Restrictions (perfectly understandable and right) however when I got in I could get anyone to serve me. Asked for assistance and waited around for nearly 20 mins before leaving Carphone Warehouse. No staff anywhere I could understand if they were serving someone else, just no one around.

Well, ordered a washing machine. Payed extra to get delivered Monday the 14th December 2020. Then got moved to Thursday 18 December 2020.Didn't arrive either because it wasn't in the system. Got today Sunday 20th December 2020. And now it doesn't work won't spin won't pump water. Tried calling the helpline they hung up on me. The people that installed it. And nothing. Not happy. We both work and nothing to clean our clothes I have been without and handwashing for the better part of two weeks. My hands are blistered and sore. Won't be shopping here again after this carry on. Super annoyed. Don't shop here.

Customer care service is appalling. Waited a while for assistance. Chose a television, a Shark hoover and Sumsung washing machine. Didn’t have stock on the TV I wanted as well as the washing machine. Paid cash for all items and organised a delivery as well as an engineer to install TV. This was on the 6 September. The washing machine was installed on time but a rushed job, the TV came with no remote! Phoned customer service (have the transcripts) 5 times as the store apparently doesn’t have a direct line. I was contacted a week ago to say that the remote will be posted and they would follow up with the engineer. Now, the 30 September I still don’t have a remote or an engineer to install the TV - rang again waited in queue for 39 minutes. They eventually agreed to put me through to the store. I was promised a call back. Got a call saying that they needed to order the remote first before sending to me AND said after a three week wait, they cannot find an engineer and that they will refund me for the already paid installation BUT that I must now find my own installation. On Friday it will mark a month with the TV on the lounge floor, no remote and no installation. In effect I caught them out blatantly trying to cover their errors throughout by being rather deceitful. I DO NOT recommend Curry’s to anyone!

Old story wished to purchase product told on website avaible in store then when i get there they dont hold stock and it would take two days to order so took business to Argos and got product straight away .My own opinion Curry, s is fast losing customers as service is so awful.Never again Goodbye to Curry,s.
