I prefer this chemist as its never busy like the ones in the town .. I don't understand the negative reviews on here about the staff as I have always found them to be really nice and helpful especially the softer spoken lady with the blonde bob.

Very rude, apathetic and unprofessional!... The atmosphere of the staff is very negative and unfriendly!!!. Expect no polite manner in this pharmacy. This pharmacy is one better avoided esp if you suffer from a mental health condition. During this pandemic...Sad really!.. We are all in this together. Stay smiling elsewhere

Unhelpful, unfriendly. Made the mistake of visiting this pharmacy on a few occasions only to receive below par service. I would recommend walking the extra 5 minutes to the pharmacy at west station rather than visiting here.
Probably the best, no actually definetley the most kind, friendly and genuinely caring and helpful staff that you will find in this town. If there is a way to make getting repeat prescriptions or if there are any new services that will help your life a little easier then Eddie or the girls will go out their way to let you know about it, great service with a smile
