Not great, normally I find shopping in Primark relatively stress free, however today wasn't one of those days I couldn't find the sizes of cargo pants I was looking for, then when I did finally find what I thought was a pair in one of the sizes I needed it turns out to be a pair of shorts that are on the same hanger as the ones on the cargo pants are on and they have been hung in-between 2 pairs of cargo pants. I then tried looking for Denims as an alternative only to have to then look through virtually every pile of Denims as none were in any order of size, ordinarily you could say it was because it's been a busy day however this was at 9.59 in the morning so that excuse doesn't wash. Primark is now in a very comfortable position in the Oak Mall as they are now the only large clothiers there. The men's department is small compared to the ladies department so it's not as if there is a lot to sort out either. Who knows maybe it's down to staffing.

Love the products, staff are friendly Clothes are absolutely beautiful at times although need more of a selection of the larger sizes for both men and women and their nightwear including pyjamas and slippers are excellent quality and value for money I go in for false nails and a packet of socks and come out laden with bags full of goodies and clothes Intending on spending 4.50 I find my purse down around 80 \u200d️ Can't help myself hehe!!

Fairly decent store. We bought lots of clothes for our kids. Some really good quality stuff for little cost. The kids clothes where really cheap. I spent about 80 on my son's stuff and came away with a full wardrobe's worth of clothes
