Hi my experience with well pharmacy was to wait outside for 20 minutes and then be told to come back after lunch(1hr) then I returned and was told my medication will be made up later, this is Friday, my quest started at 12.40 after returning they have wasted around 2 hours of my time up to now, as an essential worker and being in work clothes they should have been able to see that and I still don't have my medicine, maybe they should replace the cretin behind the counter, Watch out for my next post when I return on Monday

Poor service. First in chemist, said I'd wait. 6 people come in after me and leave before me. I asked if they could maybe check incase they forgot about me. Sure enough, they did. Oops, just wasted 30 mins for nothing and god knows how much longer had I not spoken up. Rare mistake? No, 2nd time in row this has happened. Too much chit chat not enough concentration.
