As an ex regular customer i was disappointed with my order, Food was an over hour late and stone cold- pizza, hoagies pakora and the chicken kebab was almost non existant worst portion ever called to complain and was told it was because they were busy contacted just eat who said we would be called back within 3days its now 3weeks and zaines are saying food was fine. Thats me now finished with them poor food expensive and no customer service
WORST RESTAURANT EVERY. 3 HOURS LATER AND THEY SAID \TOUGH
Ordered on holiday. Just got food. All fire and no flavour. Even the korma burns your face off - definitely not mild! Naan breads burnt. Chicken tikka starter looks like it has been boiled after being chargrilled - can't see any other reason for it swimming in 'juice'. Do not bother.
Not happy at all, 2 years ago was brilliant ...never again
