Excellent quality of service. The team arrived on time, were polite, friendly and helpful. They were experienced and knew what they were doing and worked very hard to complete the task quickly and efficiently with a very positive attitude. The lorry was also well adapted with some clever kit enabling the team to carry the furniture straight into the lorry from our raised front steps without needing to go down to the pavement level. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Left an enquiry and asked for a callback but never got one. I assume they couldn't do it but a call to say so might have meant we could have used them in the future but I got the impression they weren't concerned at all.

Good teamwork over a 2 day removal. Polite, courteous and friendly team worked very hard from a 3 storey house to 2 storey. Lots of boxes, furniture and two heavy pianos. All was moved efficiently and on schedule. Make sure they get lots of tea and coffee!
