The worst office I’ve ever been to. They can cancel your appointment whenever they want , you always wait for the doctor at least 30 min ... but if you come 11 min late you need to reschedule ... Do not get treated here. You’re better off going somewhere else.

I’ve seen Dr. Fontaine for years and he is everything you want in a Gynecologist and more. He has a great personality and is not the typical stuffy doctor. He truly cares about you and explains what he is doing and why. No unnecessary tests. If he says I need something, he gives options.

My experience with the staff was horrible. I ask for a clearance letter that I need for a surgey that I will be having. This office knows my medical history cause I never get sick and I dont have a primary physician. I reach out to the doctor she had her assistants call me and tell me that I need a primary physician, I told them it doesn't have to be a primary physician. One told me well you better try to find you one and the other assistant told me you haven't seen us over a year I told her I saw youll last year. When I contact the doctor all she had to do was respond back to me NO. Both assistants was rude and nonchalant about the situation. So I canceled my appointment and will not be back in that office again.

I had a great experience here and wished I didn't have to move offices due to location! I was always provided with so much helpful information and it was always quick and painless. Dr. Nancy Young was wonderful and caring and I would recommend her to any woman!

The worst office I’ve ever been to. Was told I had to wait over a week for something that needed to be treated immediately and they never call back and never answer their phones. Do not get treated here. You’re better off going somewhere else.

The office is run horribly, dont expect to get your prescriptions on time or at all. Good luck getting a human on the phone and once you do they'll probably just put you on hold anyway. Extremely rude and condescending employees. And on top of all that the doctors are NOT gentle Edit: also the office manager deserves to be fired
