Won't return here. The place looked nice but thats about it. Service was subpar for the cost. Nurse was rude and in a hurry and the ER doctor was so robotic and just couldn't seem to be any less concerned about us. Did nothing for us but sent us a bill for over 3500 dollars for nothing. Wait time was also unacceptable. Ill take my business elsewhere next time.

What an asset to have in our community. Needed an Emergency room due to a sport injury and decided to try here. From check-in to check-out it was so clean, quick and professional. We’re so thankful this is 5 mins from our house.

In and out in about an hour, and that included the tests and treatment. Seen by the ER Doctor and didn't have to waste time with an additional step of going thru a physician's assistant. Everyone was very nice and knew what they were doing. A very nice facility. I would definitely go back if necessary. I'm very glad I went here and not the hospital 2miles down the road. I'm not affiliated with either place.

While the receptionist was nice, I filled out more paperwork there than the amount of time they actually saw me! They didnt even give me enough medical supplies to change bandages for my injury. Also no medical staff were wearing masks. Very unprofessional! Felt like I was a bother to staff the whole time I was there! Stop light by hospital takes 10 minutes to turn green when turning left!

I was critically sick in May and visited this ER. I was treated very well and feel that I had the best care! I had to be admitted and because of my insurance, I was sent to a UPMC hospital for my inpatient stay/surgery. I did not receive good care at that hospital, unfortunately. Looking back, my patient care experience was outstanding at AHN Hempfield! Thank you to the doctor and nurses who took care of me when I was at my sickest!
