Glenn was a pleasure to work with. I've been through the home inspection process before and feel like this time around everything was explained to me thoroughly with an easy-to-understand attention to detail. on top of that, I was provided with suggestions on how I could improve the home myself after it became mine. I've referred several clients to Beveridge Inspections. I'm a real estate agent and I was originally introduced to Mr Beveridge through my company's concierge for a real estate transaction that was outside the geographic range my previous inspector was willing to travel. The buyer called me after the inspection excited to tell me how great of an inspector he was and to recommend that I use him for all of my buyer clients on that side of town. I've recommended him several times since and have only heard great things. Mr. Beveridge has the true heart of an educator which is extremely important when working with my clients, especially first time home buyers. 5 stars.
Mr. Beveridge was a fantastic inspector. He performed a building inspection as well as mold and asbestos testing for the building after the Company I work for put an offer in for a building in the South Side of Pittsburgh. He was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He performed the work timely and was very thorough in his inspection. He also took time to help us with questions as we had vendors perform repairs on the building based on his recommendations. I would highly recommend him and will be happy to come back to him in the future.
Kelly Beveridge from Beveridge Inspections is a top notch Home Inspector. As Realtors, we have the opportunity to work with lots of Inspectors...and Kelly is one of the most thorough Inspectors out there. He is very knowledgeable, professional and personable.
