Not only was my rate twice what I currently pay for the same coverage on a commercial building, I was under the impression that by not submitting info at renewal time that my policy wouldn't renew. I still ended up being billed for an additional 27 days of coverage that I didn't want nor did I need. Not a pleasant experience to pay almost 400 for something not wanted. UPDATE TO OWNER’S RESPONSE: Yes it was from 2016, but was recently turned over to collections so I felt the review was pertinent in 2019. Yes insurance varies by location and building information but in this instance I was able to find the some coverage for the same location at the same building. You were twice the cost, hence the reason I was seeking other companies. No I still own the same building at the same location so you are assuming incorrectly. No I did not have a signed request (the only reason that I chose to pay the asinine fee) but did tell you directly that I wanted to cancel and seek other providers since my original term was over. Shame on me for not getting it in writing. You “worked hard” for a product/service that I requested to end which seems silly. I’m unsure what you were trying to be helpful with now since you were unable to be helpful when I came to your office and contended the bill back in 2016.

If you are in need of a GREAT insurance company you need to meet Adam Wentzel at FARMERS ins. Adam has the best personality, respect and knolodge with his business. We had a wreak , a fire and he walked us thru everything , explaining what will take place and in order how it will happen. Just give him a call and let him quote you a new policy, you’ll never regret it !
