I love this location. They're always super friendly here. I once contacted the owner over a small concern and they were super helpful and I genuinely felt heard. Not only that, but the concern I emailed about seemed to have been taken care of the next time I went. I always warn people, just in case you HAVEN'T been to FGs in the last 10 years it's been there, the little cheeseburgers have 1 patty and the regular has 2. ;)
We eat here few times a month and never have any issues this crew is always on their game.even during covid-19. Kudos to all the workers.
Service was quick and it was great. The lady that took my order you did a wonderful job she went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. She went as far as to put gloves on to hand me my cup and lid as well as my strong because she didn't want to pass along anything because she had just recently been cleaning. I would not have known this has he not said anything to one of her co-workers who asked why she was doing this. I honestly wish everyone that was in the customer service and food industry were is caring and compassionate towards the customer. It goes without saying that you cannot make everybody happy but I truly believe that I was given excellent service.
