Staff was very responsive in scheduling and following up to make sure I had a great experience. The technition was very knowledgeable and personable. He also was very helpful in explaining all the options I had to take care of my problem and to be pro active in case of future problems.

Koors quote was a better value than two competitors. I chose them because they offer American Standard, a high quality product with sturdy components and excellent features, their annual service fee includes two yearly visits for the cost of one visit for a competitor, and the cost was somewhat lower. The installation crew was very professional. After installation I decided to buy the I-Wave air cleaner. The installer for it answered all the questions I had come up with in the week since my new furnace/AC was installed. I'm happy with the product and the work performed.

Yesterday I had a furnace repairman at my home from Koors Heating and Cooling. I have done business with them in the past and was well pleased with this company. I purchased one of their agreements to have 2 cleanings per year, furnace or a/c, which is a good deal. Not only did I get a great cleaning on my furnace, but it also saved me money on my service call. I could not have been more pleased with Jeremy, my service tech; he found my problem within a couple of minutes of removing the door. He took the time to call me in, and show me the problem and explain how he would repair it. As a senior citizen, I am a little cautious about who comes into my home, but this was a pleasure meeting this young man, who was so professional. Thank you Koors, for another job well done, and thank you Jeremy, it was nice to meet you.

This is my first experience with Koors. I am very pleased with the professional, knowledgeable, and courteous HVAC technician that responded. He took his time to accurately diagnose the issue and resolved the issues. I felt he cared about the customer and made sure everything was in working order. I recommend Koors, because I know they will be my fist call for help if needed in the future.
