They are closing their doors and did not tell anyone AND Tina Vince doesn't want to refund customers who have bought packages. She can, she is able to, but she doesn't want to. This is bad business!
I am also very disappointed in the closing of this spa without notice. Yes, I agree with the others--for those that had gift certificates and were loyal customers, we were "ripped off." In my mind, this is "stealing." Very disappointed!
