I actually work here and being under new management as far as I can see this place is thriving and growing. I take pride in my job and love what I do for a living. My coworkers and I are taking care of your family members when you guys can't be there because of the covid virus. We do video chats with family. If someone was fired then there was reason to do so. As far as a war between family members, we do our jobs and respect the wishes of the poa.

Great place, very caring people! They do a lot for the residents unlike other places. Very secure environment for loved ones. Very clean, good food too!

Girlfriend worked there, she always told me how terrible they treat the residents. Very abusive, forcing them to do things they are not capable of doing. Very dirty too I was told that Bed bugs and Scabies are present in this facility as of 01/22/2020. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! PLEASE! GOD BLESS!

Was a wonderful place to work, consumers well taken care of, clean facility. Only bad thing was staff treating other staff like garbage.

Two of my brothers had power of attorney and took my mother from my care and without my consent put her in this snakepit. My mother died five months later, after passing out onto the floor, so injured and then hospitalized for AFib, low potassium levels, and dehydration. They wouldn't get her to eat. She was thriving under my care. Walnut Ridge never asked for my mother's medical records and were resistant to taking my advice on her care, and severely limited my access to her. The staff is for the most part ok, when they are not being rude, or recalcitrant. Put your parents in Walnut Ridge? Do you love your parents?
