I've never had a nicer experience dealing with a dealership. Jordan was extremely nice can not say enough about this young gentleman. He made this whole experience very enjoyable and will be back to buy my next vehicle from y'all. I have already started recommending this dealership to my entire family!

Fortunately my battery died around 10:30am on a Saturday just a few miles from Donaghe Buick, and when I called they referred a tow company to me that was also nearby. Wait time for the tow was approximately 20 minutes. I was able to have the battery replaced and also an inspection and was on my way in about 45 minutes. The service manager was professional and helpful. Appreciate that they were open on Saturday and was able to get this resolved quickly, and grateful this did not happen on a Sunday.
My husband and I went looking to purchase a used truck to replace his truck. We didn't figure we would be able to afford a new one so used... We got to the dealership and Ed walked my husband around to look at the used trucks and there was nothing that peaked his interest. So, Ed showed my husband a 2021 extended cab( we have 4 kids so we need room) GMC Sierra. Never thought we could get it and didn't want my husband to get his hopes up BUT... We drove off the lot with it because they made it happen and made it affordable. Now I dont have to worry about the old truck falling apart while we are going down the road. Im truly grateful and thankful.
I purchased a new truck and the sales person was amazing. He was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Francisco does a great job and really understands the customer. I wish I could say the same about the service side personnel in that place. Francisco was basically the one that helped us there and he does not work on service side. I would suggest a little more training on both techs and servicing personnel. They need to make sure that vehicles are properly checked before returning to customers. I felt that they do not car much since it’s not theirs. I had asked for a wash and it shows it on receipt. Same thing not completed. I live over an hour away and had to go back 3 times for my truck to be ready. 2 times there were issued not corrected. Like I said on the sales side everything is good.
I bought my truck from California and never visiting the dealership. James made this a quick easy and satisfying process. The only thing that could have made it better would have been if I could have wrapped the shipping into the deal because I know it would have been a seamless and timely based on how I was treated in the rest of the process. I couldn't have imagined a smoother process for it being a 100% remote transaction.
