Fantastic staff. Everyone from the receptionists to check-out was helpful and pleasant. I had to drive over an hour to get there, and will happily do it again for my follow up.

Don't go here. The Dr. That shall remain nameless doesn't care to help his patients. He wants to push meds instead of help his patients. I mean that truly.

Scheduled an appointment over the phone. Was very specific as to the day due to the Covid. And my tight schedule. Waited 2 months. I arrived on time. Was told I had the wrong day and my appointment was for a different day. Surprised? I had it in my day planner with the time and date of the phone call. Not too concerned, it was cosmetic. Then things got rude. Asked to reschedule, the receptionist was indignant, condescending, and unapologetic. Wow, uncalled for. Then it was suggested I could do the paper work, which i thought was a good idea. While I was doing the paperwork. (Since I'm paying with a debit card, I asked the ballpark cost). A second person working there starts telling me that removing moles can be several appoints because of cancer testing. I explain more then once to an individual who obviously is not listening to what I am saying, that there is no Cancer issue, This is purely cosmetic. The mole is on my forehead. Then she tells me that this Dr. doesn't just remove moles for cosmetic reasons. The Dr. only works with cancer/more important illnesses. What? She says it twice. So, I waited 2 months to be lied to? I feel I am owed an apology. This Dr. really needs to talk too his staff. I have a son who has survive CML, in all the years and treatments he went through, I have never seen this behavior with staff. Do not go here. Pick a Dr. with a better relationship with his staff. No one should be treated this way.
