This worst ever they dont how to take phone calls or email messages they have. Ad attitudes and dont how talk to people.. why work here if you can't handle it. Need learn how to talk to people..

The Dr. I had was extremely nice I believe it was Dr. Franky. But the receptionist lady was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. First she refused to call my ins when I got there. Then they refused to send my ins info in after the visit. then sent me a bill for almost 600 and a letter saying i wasnt insured. I called to find out what happened because i am insured and have been for the 6 years I have been fulltime at my job. And she said that theres no record of the bill. I literally had it in my hand. Used hateful tones and just said theres nothing she can do. Well I was tired of her rudeness so I said I'd like to cancel my next 2 appointments and she hung up in my face!!! I will never go back here again because of the unprofessional, rude receptionist lady in the front. And its truly sad because the Dr. Was really nice. I'm am newly pregant with my first baby and now I'm stressing on what Dr. To use.

Worse customer service ever and the response was so awful.. ask the excepted women Medicaid they was so hateful to me. After she hang up she ran her mouth. Worse representative ever. Does matter can pay cash. Worse customer services ever. Learn how to speak on our end. And learn how to ask questions before u hang up on person. Worse attitude folks and experience ever!!!!!! All I just wanted help to get to appointment or does women's health insurance or women Medicaid.. sucks to see good people go to waste. Poor judgment and poor lack of honesty.. way to go !! Thanks dolls..
