I was VERY disappointed with this shop today. My teenage daughter and her friend went in to purchase chocolate dipped strawberries as a thank you.....they were completely misguided on their purchase options and wound up totally overpaying. I called the store and spoke with two employees who confirmed the transaction. A very expensive disheartening lesson learned. Not a good way to start the New Year.

Love this store! I’ve had lots of Edible Arrangements, received and sent, and the Greenwich store is by far the best. The fruit is always fresh and sweet. The owner and staff are amazing at accommodating special requests. They go above and beyond. Fabulous gift idea.

I called the store directly rather than ordering via website. Umair was very helpful in recommending an arrangement that was within my budget. I know my father-in-law will be happy with a unique gift like this. Great customer service!!

I had place an order for a birthday surprise. I ordered 3 items and only 2 of the items made it. The next day I called and spoke with someone and he said he would have the missing item delivered. I waited a day and no delivery. I called back and the same person I spoke with said he had it sent out. Apparently not, at where we were staying they note any deliveries to the property. Nothing was delivered, then he said he would speak with the driver and call me back the next day. No call, basically I was robbed of 15. They like to go around in circles. I gave up. I'll never order from this place again.
