Just had the greatest experience with the super friendly and helpful experts at MacInspires. They performed a diagnostic test and helped explain to me what was wrong with my device, clearly laying out different options for fixing it instead of just trying to convince me to spend money. This kind of honesty and genuine customer service is so refreshing and appreciated...this should be your only stop for all things cell phone/tablet/computer related!
I've come to these guys countless times for help. They are the Mac Masters. I own a ton of Apple products, some new, some old, and it's awesome to be able to go into one store where I can have them repaired, have my questions answered, or just hang out and learn a thing or two. Amazing customer service. I have been using them for a couple of years now for all my computer repairs. They are the only place I will go for help with all of my mac products. The sales people/technicians are very knowledgable and have wonderful recommendations to help prevent damage to your devices!!
