Dr. Nichols and her entire group were so warm and knowledgeable. The office is immaculate and they take every precaution to ensure safety measures are maintained. All of my questions were answered and each person took the time to explain my options. Vanessa, in particular, was so incredibly kind and helpful in getting me prepared for my procedure and checking in on me throughout. I am so happy I chose Dr. Nichols’ practice.

Such an amazing experience at Nichols MD of Greenwich! Had my first ULTHERAPY treatment on my face and neck 1 month ago by Vanessa Kodra. Not only was Vanessa patient and sweet but she answered all my questions about the procedure which made me feel so comfortable and secure. The minute you enter the manicured, modern, super clean office you know you’re in good hands. Then you are welcomed in by her staff who are all bright, lovely, engaging people. And for the cherry on the sundae you meet Dr. Nichols herself. She is so intelligent, aware, informed, and skilled. She listens to you. She takes her time with you and treats YOU! She’s a physician in the old school sense - her patients are her focus. She’s also fun to talk to! You will be in excellent hands by everyone who tends to you and most of all the doctor herself. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Discovering Nichols MD was one of the best things to come out of the pandemic for me! I had Jess for my facial and was so impressed by how charming she was and how personal my appointment felt. Her methodology was flawless and tailored to my needs and the next day, I felt that I could really see a positive result. I would also add that I’ve been back several times since and appreciate that products have never once been pushed on me. Cannot recommend this place more highly!

Kudos to the amazing staff at Nichols MD of Greenwich! A huge shout out to Vanessa K for the ULTHERAPY treatment she performed on my face and neck about 4 weeks ago - Vanessa explained to me what the procedure would entail and answered all of my questions with expert knowledge of ULTHERAPY. She took her time and made sure I felt totally comfortable during the procedure. Today. I am starting to see the results and just as Vanessa promised, the results are phenomenal! Love everything about Nichols MD! The staff is lovely! I've been seeing Kaitlyn for Fraxel laser on my face and chest and WOW! My skin looks rejuvenated, even toned and has a healthy glow! She is great! I see Cassie for facials.. she rocks! She sent me a tailored skin care regimen and my skin has never looked better! I wish I could spend every day at Nichols MD/Skin Lab as the atmosphere is so beautiful and has a great vibe! Highly recommend!
