Brian at this location is the absolute best. He makes sure I get the best deal on my glasses, and he always follows up via phone or email with information about my orders. I have worn OP for about 7 years, and because of Brian and the team at this store, I will always come back. Top notch service and personnel. 5 stars.

I have been to every single optical shop in Greenwich AND Old Greenwich. Obviously, this one just carries Oliver Peoples brand, which I personally like. I think that Jennifer Aniston’s character from The Morning Show wears a pair of these. The staff are friendly, but the shop tends to be more crowded than some of the other optical shops. You can try all of the frames on by yourself as they are not locked away. I had a pair that even lasted a couple of decades :)

Apparently the chipping black paint of my frame is caused by my facial oils. Funny enough that they replaced the frames the first time but now are only able to add a plastic protection or different pieces to my glasses, changing the look. Definitely not what I paid for or expected. Knowing that Warby Parker is also on the Ave, selling higher quality at a better price and with customer service that doesn't insult, I'll be heading there. I definitely don't recommend OP as you get the service or the quality you'd expect for the price tag.
