This company completely misrepresented itself as ticketmaster. I tried to cancel my tickets within 10 minutes of purchase because of this and they refused to help me. They didn't follow my delivery instructions. Their surcharges are ridiculous...17.64 per ticket!! When the tickets weren't delivered properly, they threatened to resell them and credit me much less than what I paid for them. Overpriced, poor customer service....no wonder why they have a rating of F with the BBB. I filed a complaint there as well.

I was on vacation in US and booked two e-tickets for the NHL semi-finals in Madison Square Garden New York. Everything went well. Excellent, non-bureaucatic and quick conversation. Anytime i would come back to the service.

Ordered tickets for a broadway show that costs a little under 600. After I ordered them, I was told that I would need to fax a form with credit card information and a photo id (even thoug I had already paid). I never ended up getting the tickets, they charged my credit card and won't give me a refund.
