Just got coffee today here, I really didn’t like how they told me wait outside of the store , I literally were standing only for a minute. I understand covid and etc, but do not shush customers out of the store.

Super beautiful location however the baristas seemed half dead with no personality. I didn't get greeted walking in (Only one customer in the store) and the people there were like robots, no smiles or friendliness. Kind of a sad visit.
The entire team is awesome and the manager Lisa is exceptional. Real clean store and they're on top of making sure people are following cdc guidelines. Great job!
Great customer service here. Visited Day before Thanksgiving - good flow of people keeping the staff ok their toes. For some reason my mobile order didn't come through. The barista noticed me waiting & immediately checked, saw the order wasn't there and offered to make it next. Great proactive & solution based service!
