I recently hired Top Notch Carpentry & Remodeling to handle a variety of projects for my house, including rebuilding my porch, adding a new front and rear door, as well as, gutting, designing and creating a new finished basement for me. The work that this company did for my family and I was far superior to any carpentry or remodeling company we have used in the past. Their work is thorough, yet timely. Each project came out even better than we anticipated. The porch looks beautiful, the replacement doors give the house nice appeal, and the basement is now a room that our whole family wants to gather in. The basement has a beautiful new bar that was designed and installed by top Notch and looks amazing. I would recommend using this company for any of your remodeling/home renovation needs!

Top Notch Carpentry has done outstanding work for me over many years, most notably after our house was struck by huge trees: once in 2011 during a hurricane and again in 2018 during a macro-burst. In 2011 I called on Michael because of the excellent carpentry he had done for me before, and I was completely satisfied with his work. In 2018 he arrived quickly after an oak tree penetrated our roof. He minimized water damage with temporary repairs, then removed limbs and branches from the roof that were blocking our front door and garage, all of this in the rain. Even getting to our house that day was a nightmare of closed roads due to fallen trees and power lines, but somehow he persisted and found his way to our house. Michael and his crew followed up with complete repairs of the roof, gutters, siding, damaged walls, etc. Moreover, he was invaluable helping me deal with the insurance adjusters, who had initially lowballed the compensation. That alone was worth many thousands of dollars. I trust his word and his workmanship. Needless to say, highly recommended!
