The food is so amazing, perfect blend of spice and heat (I ordered a level 3 spice). This is by far the best curry I've encountered in Denver. I had a coconut chickpea curry with garlic nan. I also had a perfect chai tea! This being said, my favorite part of this dining experience was the hospitality. The manager or owner, is an absolute gem. You feel extremely welcomed from the time you come in. I will be back as often as I can. I hope you get a chance to go in and enjoy the food and hospitality if you're in Denver.

I've been so craving an Indian meal, so tonight I ordered delivery. I am very happy I picked India's Castle. The tandoori shrimp, garlic naan and kheer were all absolutely delicious. I'm excited to try other dishes. They took care with packing the delivery order. Each item was also wrapped so every yummy bit arrived perfectly.

This place, by far, has the best lamb curry in all of Denver! I know that's a bold statement, but I'm making it. The lamb is tender, flaky and slow-cooked and you can tell that they take extra care to remove any fat. The service is amazing, the garlic naan is crispy and good, not too oily, and their rice pudding pairs perfectly with the meal. Their spicy scale is 1-5; I got a 3 and broke into a sweat, and I can tolerate pretty spicy food. If you're considering this place, DEFINITELY try it out, you won't be disappointed! I don't ever write reviews and this place inspired me to do so.

Excellent food with great service!! My hubby and I have been ordering from this place for the past two years- but recently we started dining in and have really enjoyed how sweet the staff is- always making sure we have everything we need. They also have a little outside seating which we just realized today! Most people sit inside so it’s great for the Covid age. We love the butter chicken masala (which is sooo good, and I’m picky), garlic naan (soft and flavorful) and samosas (always get with sweet chutney). We’re Ethiopian and used to eating spicy so the hot level was perfect for us. I also went through a vegan phase so I can vouch for the vegetarian biryani being excellent...and then when I went back to eating meat the lamb biryani was also excellent (hot level is a bit spicy but perfectly balanced with the Raitha). They often give complementary rice pudding which is a light, sweet finish to a great meal.

Absolutely amazing! My partner and I came in for lunch. Raj was absolutely the best! He made sure all of needs were met! I ordered a half order of saag paneer and lamb korma. Both were ordered medium, let me tell you, this was the best medium spice level I’ve ever had. Usually, when I order medium it’s mild at best. I’m not a baby mouth but I get heartburn super easy. The perfect ending to the meal was the mango lassi! Absolutely the best! Thank you so much from my partner and I! We will be back!!!
