My husband and I walked in to the store in hopes of finding the right carpet for three rooms and one hall. It did not take long before we found something we wanted with some assistance. A young guy by the name of Jacob introduced himself. My initial thoughts and later words to my husband was I am concerned due to this guy being so young. I was worried about the stress that he may add . I was concerned that he would not know as much as someone a bit more mature. After a couple of conversations I realized that we just got blessed. This young MAN took so much off of our shoulders with the installation of our new carpet. We trusted him so much that we decided to use him for the next project which was our half bath. Again, he helped us in choosing the right flooring. We had some issues but even with that, Jacob handled everything. He got us a great plumber that we needed before the flooring could be installed. We were not stressing when and if the flooring would be installed . He removed any stress or work that we may of had. He was a blessing and we realized it with the first job but even more so with the second one. Greer Flooring will always have our business. I only hope that when we decide to use them again, that we are as blessed. This place knows something about how to treat their customers. My husband and I both agree that while doing our home renovations, we only wish other companies we choose was quiet as professional and customer oriented. Not to mention that their flooring is great quality with great prices. If you go to Greer flooring, ask for Jacob. I am sure that you will be as blessed as we were. Great store, excellent sales consultant and high quality flooring. One happy customer. Thanks

This is our second time using Greer Flooring. Our salesperson Reuben was excellent in helping me choose Coretec Vinyl Plank for our living area & kitchen. We took home samples & Reuben came to measure. He was professional & very helpful. Then the magic happened! Shane & Kayla our installers were TOP NOTCH! They were amazing getting the work done as quickly as possible and everything was fitted perfectly and professionally! I was not home on the final day of install and when I got home from work that night, I felt like I was on an HGTV show getting my reveal. I cried seeing the finished job! I highly recommend Greer Flooring and Shane & Kayla for all your needs!

I wish I could give a 10 star rating to this company! As my home was built, the contractors that came along after the flooring team did not show much care or concern for our flooring. Greer flooring came out to repair the damaged hardwoods and made a Greer Flooring customer out of me for life! They took great care to respect my home and furnishings and worked diligently to repair the spots that were damaged. I am amazed at their craftsmanship and genuine kindness! Their work was done beautifully, so much so that I don’t even remember where the spots all were that needed to be repaired. The 3 workers that were in my home were respectful of my family and of the fact that my husband and I were working. They returned any furniture that had been moved for repairs and then CLEANED MY STOVE after putting it back in place! Wow! These people are exceptional in the department of quality work, care and kindness!!! So thankful that Greer Flooring installed my floors and look forward to using them again one day if the need ever arises!

Every part of this process was so easy! I went in and talked with Jacob about what I was looking for. I was able to take samples home and he came by two days later for an estimate. The crew was awesome; very polite, professional, and clean. We have an older home that had some dips and areas that weren’t level. The finished product looks so good!

We worked on two houses at once, one moving out of and the other moving into. There was a lot happening with contractors to schedule and stress levels were high. So we were very pleased that Greer Flooring came through for us. Reuben Thiele was very helpful, always answered my calls and email, showed up for appointments, and followed through after the sale and installation. We had carpet and LVP installed at the old house, wood flooring at the new one. There was a small glitch but they owned up to it and made it right so we will be a repeat customer when the time comes. I recommend them without hesitation.

Had hardwood floors installed in our home in December 2020. Jacob was our salesman and he couldn’t have been better to work with. He worked around our remodel to insure everything was installed on schedule. Price was fair, and they offered plenty of choices of products to choose from. The installers were very nice, however we ran into a hiccup on day one. Bottom line, we were not satisfied with the product the manufacturer supplied. Jacob had Tim who is one of the owners meet us out at our house. After discussing the issue, they were willing to do whatever to make us happy. We wanted to keep the same floors so Jacob and Tim worked with the manufacturer to get us the product we expected and kept it inside our time frame. At the end of the day, I could not be more satisfied. Trust that Greer Flooring will make sure you are 100% satisfied! They provide customer service that is above and beyond expectations.
