Should have known something was not right about this place. First step is they get your credit card number. Completely backwards way of doing business. Tech shows up and spends about 2 hours and then advises he has to get the tool that communicates with this fork lift. I advised them what fork lift it was long before the tech even comes out. Probably should have the basics tools before coming out to inspect the fork lift. The next day spends about an hour and then advises that the battery is the problem should be replaced. A week goes by and some salesmen show up and try to sell a 6000 battery. I expressed my concern that the battery is not the issue. I explained and showed my findings and they said they will get with service to send someone back out. Did not hear anything. Weeks later a charge appears on my charge card for over 500. After some research found it was Greg Poole Lift Systems. No contact from them, no approval, no notice. Just blindly charges me. About 2 weeks later we received the invoice that explained the charges. Charged me over 500 for a couple of hours to check out our fork lift, advised it was the battery. Swapped with good known battery, fork lift still not working. Back to square one and I have no confidence that they can fix it without throwing parts at it.
