Fast pick up process
Fnac has the collection of good brand and products, but it's disappointing to see their products, especially computer accessories are really expensive. A simple VGA cable in their store will cost 15 euros while fnac online stores sell for 5 euro. This is a small example of huge price tag nammed in a band. They could have been better.
