Staff were very friendly and helpful. Health and safety protocol are the best ive seen so far. They make sure everyone sitting in "checks in to the trace and check", the assign you a table and let you know how things work. Was a good visit and the coffee was good too

Nice and spacious with a fair bit of sitting area. A very busy store and the staff do work quickly to serve the customers. Other than that, it's a fairly standard Costa chain; coffee, tea, cakes, muffins, sandwiches etc.

Poped up to gretna outlet village for trip out. Called in to Costa before hitting the shops during and toasted sandwiche drinks really nice toasted sandwiches were enimick only toasted on onw side normally we do not have bad experience at the Costa Shops, but this time ovisely difernt
Staff really friendly and helpful. Good and drinks prepared perfectly. Social distance measures in place which all customers found it easy to follow, plus hand sanitiser available. Was lovely to sit and take a break here away from the busy streets of Edinburgh.
Great branch of Costa, staff give great service. Need to update the opening hours on their Google listing though as they don't open until 9. Got chased out by a security guard the other day for coming through the gate before Gretna Gateway opened.
Coffee was nice. Toasted sandwich was cold. Cutlery was disgusting (certainly not what you would expect especially in a national pandemic). Mens toilet was not clean. No hot water to wash hands. By far, the worst costa i have ever visited. Do not recommend at all. Since arriving home after my visit i have an upset stomach. Very poor outlet, though counter staff were freindly
