Rude staff, no customer service skills whatsoever. No menu to look at prices and kiosks switched off on purpose so you end up ordering blind. They're meant to be open till 10 but at 9.30 I was told that there is only enough chicken left for one meal, well you should make some more! That's why it's called fast food!

The decision taken to dine at Gretna services KFC was taken with much trepidation, the reviews did not fill me with much confidence. However I was presently surprised by my gastronomic experince. Ordering was a relatively easy process however the screen for ordering was angled in such a way that viewing the items on screen was difficult. Also the whole process could do with some sort of review as it is impossible to customise your order meaning my associate had to join the que to ensure his fillet burger did not come with mayonnaise on it. The service was first class. My additional salt request did not fall on deaf ears and I was immediately supplied with the additional sachet of granuals I requested. The food was top notch . Succulent tasty chicken fillets , hot crisp fries and delicious gravy. The gravy fill level was 15mm from lid level. However this is only a minor criticism. As an experienced KFC frequenter I would highly recommend a visit to this particular establishment and I'm sure somewhere in the ether the colonel is nodding his head in agreement with me.

After feeling unwell on a car journey we stopped at Gretna services and proceeded to order from kfc, the member of staff I interacted w/ was nice however he repeated my order back to me numerous times when it was made very clear. After ordering I was waiting over 30 minutes for my ‘fast food’. When it finally arrived the other member of staff was moody and snappy when I asked where there was some cutlery, he also made a foul face when I checked my meal as the lady in front of me had her order made incorrectly. Would only go here if you’re kind of hungry and want to build up an appetite whilst waiting. Because from my experience I was waiting for what felt like an eternity.

Great KFC with good service, as with all KFC’s, not two branches are the same and I have not encountered this gravy before. Lovely friend staff.
