They are Not coping well with Covid 19 regulations. We were herded like cattle back out the shop as the sign to say only 6 people in the shop was actually in the shop. The music was so loud we couldn’t hear what staff were saying and they got our orders wrong and got charged for others food.

My sandwich was fine. But my little one just wanted a cheese sandwich. But they don't do that. At a sandwich shop!? Then they said they would do it but have to charge me extra. Which I had to pay for, otherwise the teeny bit of cheese they will give you which only covers a third of the inside wouldn't have been enough. Expensive cheese sandwich.
We went to subway today in grenta there was me and my husband and 4 children standing in the que for 10 minutes we went into the shop to be shouted by a very rude employee and told to stand back at the post outside we couldn't as there was alot of people standing behind use so we moved back out side the door and again this very rude employee shouted again at use in front of my children we didn't go into the shop in the end we left I hope who ever she was learns some manners because we will not be going back to this subway

Staff lovely but bread running out and no gluten free at all. So stood in queue for a while but couldn't get a sandwich for me. Young girl was lovely and helpful. Suggested perhaps put sign on door when gluten free runs out as husband had already ordered and we wouldn't have continued had we know there was none left.
Excellent food, clean, nice staff. A nice visit. Will go back. Thank you.
