I was on this butik to get fix this simple issue. YouSee Customer service recommend me to go to a YouSee butik. Salesperson was not even willing to see the conversion I had with Customer Service. Issue is : With YouSee I did subscribe Netflix sometime in Q1 this year and unsubscribed Netflix in July. Since then I am getting the bill for Netflix every month along with other YouSee services I am using. Almost every month I did call YouSee customer service to adjust this. Still, this simple issue can't be fixed by them once and for all. Time is money and I don't want to wast hours to repeat the same story.
