Arrived at Engen Greytown to fill up some diesel this evening 03.02.2021 @ 19:31 at pump 1, when I got their the attendent was busy chatting to a taxi driver parked at pump 2. I noticed that I was not getting any service jumped out the car and waited , she continued to talk for another 6minutes or so and therafter exchanged numbers with the driver. She then walked away and attended to a white SUV type vehicle that came way after I arrived like 10minutes later at pump 4. I noticed that I was not going to get any assistance so I jumped into my car n drove to a parking bay got my items from the store and filled at the next filling station where I was given great service. Please check your camera footage it's all there This is really really poor service from fillingstation which was rated best for service. In future I will not even bother to fill up fuel in any of my cars at Engen Greytown. Hopefully the service improves
