edit after their response below: Of course, they send a generic "we are sorry, send this e-mail address an e-mail response" here to look nice other potential customers but I already sent a few e-mails to this address for which I got no response. Even if they respond, this whole experience is a complete waste. What a waste of time. The first order and absolutely an annoying first experience. Of course not gonna even talk with them again but here is the story, you can judge by yourself. First of all the product came in a so called plastic, not even in a box. Something that is just tough. Second, the item arrived already defected. I tried to use it still, but no chance, it simply doesnt do what it is required to do. Then I said that okay let s return it and went to their website. I searched, searched and searched to find out how to return and bingo, there it is. In 2021, I HAVE TO FILL IN A PRINTED FORM with information like when the product arrived to me, when they sent it, the code from delivery service, address and all the other things. A low profile strategy to discourage people from returning items? Ah of course not, of course you are trying to obtain the information that is already on your system, of course you are a nice company. Then I filled in the form because I was angry. And bingo, the second surprise. I have to pay to return the item and bring it to post office, get a label for it. It s like a joke, a real joke. And of course I e-mailed to them to get no response. Ah surely there is an overload of people because of pandmeic. They always have some sort of excuses because they are such a nice company. I will of course never buy again from them but will also let as many people as possible about this experience, to let them know that if they want to return an item that arrived defected, this is what they should expect.

My experience with Krefel is soooo bad. In one week I ordered two object from them in one week with two different deliveries. For the first one, I paid an additional fee to have the delivery during the evening. However they came during the morning, even if I paid this additional fee. For the second one, I requested the delivery for saturday morning. Everything was confirmed by many emails, saying that my object would have arrived on saturday morning. I waited, but the delivery didn't come. So I called KREFEL by phone. Result: The object I bought didn't exist for my order because now it is not in stock (?!?). DISAPPOINTED. They are very unprofessional. They lost a client. I will never buy from them again

Vandaag zou vaatwasser geleverd worden tussen 12h15 en 13h na 13 h 15 nog altijd niemand geweest na zelf te bellen kreeg ik antwoord dat het na 14h 15 zou zijn heb tot 2 maal toe mijn afspraak die ik had die dag twee maal moeten verschuiven nu 14h 30 nog altijd niemand vind het ongepast dat ze je niet op de hoogte houden met mijn vorig toestel waren er ook al problemen.

Een maand geleden besteld. Er stond zeer duidelijk bij het artikel vermeld "Op voorraad". Bedrag van EUR 1299,00 dus dat is niet niks! Na meermaals en met verschillende medewerkers (en bots) te hebben gemaild ben ik er nu wel klaar mee. Nog geen product in huis, noch een tracingcode, noch mijn geld terug. Spijtig.. van zo'n grote organisatie! Bij Coolblue nog nooit aan de hand gehad. Dus voortaan maar weer beter daar bestellen.

Malhonnête et publicité mensongère ! Article soi disant en stock qui ne l est pas , aucun retour du service clientèle lorsque l on demande un remboursement ( commande de 2000 ) . Plainte déjà déposé auprès de test achat et prochaine étape , tribunal de commerce ! Une vrai arnaque cette enseigne Édit suite à votre réponse : J ai déjà envoyé 2 mails la semaine passée et toujours aucune nouvelles de votre part , peut être qu’une lettre d avocat sera plus simple ?
