This summer, I relied on Ziegler Relocation for moving my stuff from Belgium to Zurich. Although I was happy with the packaging of everything in Belgium, I was very unsatisfied with the delivery in Zurich. They did not perform any preparations for the delivery in Zurich, leading to the moving truck to park 100m away from my apartment on the pavement illegally (see photo). Also, they did not foresee a moving lift, so everything had to be carried up three floors! Ziegler basically outsourced the whole delivery to an external company, of which the crew btw also doesn't speak English. When I complained, Ziegler failed to improve the situation in any kind. If you aim for a seamless moving, definitely don't go with Ziegler! You will find yourself carrying boxes three floors up otherwise.
