The staff at this location are all friendly and welcoming. They keep a secret treat for any 4 legged pets they notice waiting in the car for you, something I truly appreciate and so does our Husky, Laya The gas bar is well stocked and always clean. Thank you to the Staff for taking the extra step to make personal connections with all your customers. (Ps, Laya wants Quarantine to end, she misses her trip to the gas bar )

Canadian tire us to sell quality products and have good customer service. Now it is a joke! Just moved here 2 years ago and have had several defective products. Bought my lawmower with 2 pull and start warranty. After one season it stopped working. They upsold me to a more expensive model on my \warranty\which when i came home the \New\ lawn mower was damaged. After I exhanged that mower the third mower was broken!! Second time with warranty issues..I bought a car battery..after 1 year it did not hold a charge. They told me they do not have it in stock on warranty and can not order another one. Both times the people workimg there had A i dont care i just work here attitude. What ever happened to customer service and quality products!?? Will not be suprised when they close there doors like other department stores! Never coming back to this scam of a place they call Canadian Tire!! Waste of money and time.

everybody who works there is a mean no good person dont ask to use a a bathroom or something they always say no idk thee gonna lose business fast so mean and unhelpfull i will not purchase anything there anymore this one guy who works there is racist and unkind stick it where the sun dont shine a hole
