Sometimes they have what you need.. most the time they have a close alternative. Also the inventory numbers are WAY off.. I'm not sure how often you do inventory, who does it, or what your shrink numbers are.. but ordering online proved that something has to change.. but that's not just for this location, it's the same for every Canadian Tire location I have ordered from in the last year.

Really glad that this Canadian store has weathered the invasion of big box stores like Home Depot. The Grimsby location is dog friendly, so it makes shopping easy when I'm out and about doing errands and my dog is with me.
Bought my husband a big Skill Saw. It was 45% off the original price, plus I was able to get 65 off with my Cdn Tire points. What a deal, and my husband was THRILLED. Good customer service too! ️
Last night started with a terrible experience as one employee humiliated myself and my mother, who is a senior citizen, in an apauling nature. Manger on duty, Laverne, stepped in and completely saved the customer experience. Laverne is a kind, professional, competent, employee that any place of business would be lucky to have on their team. Laverne showed empathy and compassion and went so above and beyond. She did more than needed to make the situation better.
