If I could give 10 stars I would! Great sales and trade in experience, super efficient and professional. From test drive to purchase Mark took care of everything to enable me to drive my new car away without any hassles. Great after sales too even transferred my dash cam from old vehicle to new mini. Outstanding! I cannot express my gratitude enough to the team at CARS. I spent 11 years in the vehicle body repair business, and when I curbed the wheel on my pride and joy I thought it would be a new wheel for sure. The guys at CARS said it was repairable but because I know the process I thought that I’d be able to tell the wheel had been repaired and was apprehensive to say the least. Let me say this is the best wheel repair I have ever seen. They booked me in soon after the damage, put me in a replacement car and even cleaned it. When I was checking out the repair I was told that it was painted in original Ford silver and that the apprentice had fixed my wheel. I was gobsmacked, absolutely outstanding workmanship. I was given the opportunity to visit the workshop and it is state of the art and extremely clean. I’ve attached a picture of the refurbed wheel to show. I know it’s only a small job but they really did treat me like I was one of their top customers. I would rate there services a 10 if I could and my car was better than when it left the show room.
