Scott came to my house to quote a house lift for a new basement pour in early December 2020. He quoted me a verbal price, which I accepted, and we agreed he would pencil me in for May 2021. It was suggested that the formal quote would be following via email. 1 month went by and I started to call Contour. I was continually ghosted. I left several messages with his office staff, an email, and messages on his work phone. Finally, on February 9, I received an email back from him saying that they are too busy for the job. I am now scrambling as other contractors are lined up for the basement work and a 1200sqft. addition. This is not how business should be conducted.

840 pm on Wednesday October 23 rd. I was driving home from work and incountered one of there trucks driving on the fast lane on the linc in hamilton and the whole deck of the truck was full of rocks and the driver obviously never cleaned them off and every car on the linc was getting sand blasted. I’m sure the mto wouldn’t like this. Neither did my vehicle.
