I live nowhere near Grimsby (I live just outside London) but have just bought a used Karoq from these guys. Never bought a car remotely before but whole process was very professional, from initial personalised video, to answering the many questions I had. Car was exactly as shown and 3 days in after the delivery, so far so good, and I will update this review with any issues. Full marks to Lee in sales who was there for all the questions I had. Bluntly I got way better customer service from these guys than dealers nearer to me. Why did I buy a car so far away from my location, bluntly great value on this used Karoq and best price I could find. Only gripe (not with these guys but with Skoda hence why review not 5*) is offer re free MOT can only be used where purchased, so no good for me down south! Well done DM Keith Skoda in Grimsby and to anyone else thinking of doing what I have done, go for it... just do you research and ask all the questions and all should be fine.

Fantastic service by the Grimsby team. Our sales executive was Matthew Gee and we could not fault his commitment. He answered all our questions, was extremely patient and couldn't do more for us including putting fuel in the car late on a Sunday afternoon so we could take it on a test drive. He has restored my faith in car dealerships, especially after received poor customer care at another garage in Grimsby. Well done DM Keith Skoda!
