If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Absolutely appalled with Grimsby Enterprise. They rent out a vehicle in the middle of December without snow tires on, claim later (after the fact) that if we had wanted to add snow tires on it would be an extra charge. The company already failed to supply the BASIC measures to ensure the customers safety while driving. One of the back tires ended up blowing up on the rental while driving home from work (straight highway casual driving). After replacing it with the spare, the opposite side back tire also blew, leaving a customer stranded on the skyway having to cover the cost of a tow truck at midnight and enterprise has the AUDACITY to make a claim because of the two blown tires. I'm just here wondering how Enterprise is able to send out a faulty vehicle and fail to provide extra safety precautions to their customers while still making a claim. Absolutely disgusted! Unfortunate that it is the only rental car service in grimsby - I recommend going to another city if possible to rent a car. Horrible customer service.

If I could give minus 100 Be the judge: Spoken to the location and reserved a premium SUV 3 days ago to find out that they did not have it. Spoken to head office and reserved it again and I was promised that they will have it for me , after calling location 30 times Used another number to be told that they don’t have it! I lost my hotel reservation for tomorrow as I do not have the suv I emailed them with the issue, they never replied.
I had a great experience with Patrick and crew. I came in on a very busy morning and Patrick was juggling a lot - most of us could see that. There happened to be one (of course) complainer in the crowd and when he started his grumbling, Pat didn't break a sweat. I had a pleasant chat with the shuttle driver too and overall a great experience. The car was clean and in good shape and Pat made sure I had a rundown of all the buttons and knobs. Great place!
