“I first saw Mike at the end of 2013 with a long-standing Achilles tendon problem which had been stopping me from running frequently, as I would be unable to walk for a couple of days after each race. Mike went through my health history and assessed the way I stood and ran and diagnosed it as a bio-mechanical issue with my ankles rolling inwards. He prescribed inserts for my trainers and performed electrotherapy and massage over the next few weeks to reduce the inflammation and it has worked a treat. I have now entered the London Marathon and clocked up over a 100 miles in the last month in training without the pain, which was such a common result of pushing myself before meeting Mike. I cannot recommend him highly enough and will pass his details onto family and friends.”
