Absolutely brilliant. Had a chronic foot condition for 10 months. GP wasn’t interested, BUPA just dismissed me. In desperation, contacted these guys. After one visit, the Physio told me exactly what was wrong. Given a series of exercises. Four consultations and two months later i am back to normal. Got my life back as husband, father and employee. Highly recommended. Thanks guys. Will never forget your professionalism, expertise and compassion.

I was working away from home in Grimsby and woke up one morning in terrible pain in my neck and shoulder. Rang physio works up as soon as they opened and asked if they can squeeze me in. Managed to get a cancellation appointment and seen Louis, very friendly and professional. Knew what the problem was as soon as he laid eyes on me, stretched me out and told me what painkillers etc to get and what stretches to do. Came out feeling a lot better, done the stretches at home the rest of the week and now no pain at all. Definitely recommend these guys.

I had a bulging disc and they saw me by the Wednesday. I could hardly walk when i went in and by the end of that day i had increased my movements. After two days of the exercises they gave me i was over 60% better. after a week i'm 80% better and with the exercises they've given i should be back to full fitness in no time. They have been incredible. I would highly recommend them

I was in agony with a suspected bulging disc. Thankfully I was given an appointment the day after I rang and have been following the exercises set for me by the physio. I’ve gained much more movement and hope that continued sessions will correct the problem. Highly recommended.
