Today is the last day I will ever go there. Google please add 0 starts. I was a regular going multiple times a week. I would get gas drinks snacks and Tabasco. The one person who works there is always very rude. I am not looking for a new best friend but just being friendly is not hard. The final straw is not because he could not exchange my propane tank because of its age its because he was rude about it. If the policy is what it is I understand but don't be a jerk about it. P.S. Canadian tire down the road uses the same propane provider and happily exchanged it for me and it was less expensive.

Very bad customer service. After filling my tank at 11:00pm to the lax, spent over 100, i wasn’t feeling that great, was very tired and having massive indigestion, so i just wanted to rest a bit before continuing my trip back to Toronto. So i parked , and just let my engine run for some heat, and stayed in the drivers seat , just resting. After about 30 min the cashier ( old man ) comes knocking on my side window saying i need to leave , its been more than 30 min ..........i try to explain to him that im not feeling well, and that i will mostlikely be leaving in another 15 min. He says that if i don’t leave immediately he is going to call the cops ! Please, everyone, ban this gaz station, lets make this station go bankrupt ! They don’t have a heart, neither a brain !!!!
Great staff especially Ramy, very friendly guy, always helpful, efficient employee, works his hardest to satisfy customers. Overall very friendly staff, I never had any problems with them. I recommend going there
I have to agree with everyone that the people who work at this pioneer are just generally rude to people most of the time my wife has experienced it as well as myself almost every time we go in there that's why we decided to go to superstore for gas now even though it's a further drive ...terrible staff. And in another note this new Journie Rewards program is a horrible one now. All you have to do is make a mistake inputting your password and bang you have to contact head office before you can access its crazy ....locks you out.. just not worth the hassle.
Pretty good selection of drinks and snacks in store. Gas pricing is usually average.
